hrmsbihar.com is an independent help website for Bihar government employees. It is not the official HRMS portal, and it is not connected to the Government of Bihar, the National Informatics Centre, or any government department. The official portal is hrms.bihar.gov.in. This site only explains how to use it.

The site exists for a simple reason. The official portals say very little about how they actually work, so employees end up guessing how to download a salary slip, reset a password, or fix a login problem. This site puts those answers in one place, in plain language, so a small task doesn’t cost you an afternoon.

Everything here is checked before it goes live. Each guide follows the official portal step by step, notes exactly what it shows, and includes only what can be confirmed. Where something can’t be verified, the page says so plainly and points you to the official source instead of guessing. When a portal changes, the page is updated.

This site will never ask for your User ID, password, or OTP. For anything tied to your account, use the official HRMS help desk or contact your DDO.
