HRMS Bihar (hrmsbihar.com) is an independent help website for Bihar government employees. We are not the official HRMS portal, and we are not connected to the Government of Bihar, the National Informatics Centre, or any government department. The official portal is hrms.bihar.gov.in — this site only explains how to use it.

We built this site for a simple reason. The official portals tell you very little about how they actually work, so employees end up guessing how to download a salary slip, reset a password, or fix a login problem. We put the answers in one place, in plain language, so a small task doesn’t cost you an afternoon.

Everything here is checked before it goes live. We follow the official portals step by step, note exactly what they show, and write only what we can confirm. Where something can’t be verified, we say so plainly and point you to the official source instead of guessing. When a portal changes, we update the page.
